1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the f6game website at f6game.club and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any other products offered by f6game (collectively, the "Platform"). f6game reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one account only on the f6game Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. f6game may, at its sole discretion, refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account where it believes the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances on the f6game Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits may be made via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC-20. f6game does not accept cash deposits or payments from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. f6game reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal timelines vary by payment method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. f6game does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by f6game and displayed in the relevant section of the Platform. These limits are subject to change without notice at f6game's discretion.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the f6game Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are available within each product section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

f6game reserves the right to void any bet or wager that is found to be placed in error, placed on an event for which settlement data is unavailable, or placed in circumstances where f6game reasonably suspects manipulation, collusion, or advantage play that falls outside the accepted norms of legitimate gaming.

Live cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time in response to in-match events. f6game does not guarantee continuous availability of live markets and accepts no liability for losses arising from market suspension.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, f6game may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to its users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other account.

Any account found to have been created in breach of an active self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any balance may be withheld pending review.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false identity information or impersonating any person or entity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of any event on which bets are offered.
• Exploiting software errors, system glitches, or incorrectly priced markets for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts or allowing third parties to operate your account on your behalf.

f6game reserves the right to close any account, void any bet, and withhold any balance where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Where criminal activity is suspected, f6game may report the matter to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the f6game Platform — including but not limited to the logo, design elements, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the property of f6game or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from f6game is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f6game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. f6game's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your f6game account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. f6game does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Termination

f6game reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or the Platform ceasing to operate in a particular market. Upon termination, any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC and AML checks. You may close your account at any time by contacting f6game support at the email address provided in the footer of this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. By using the f6game Platform, you agree that any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by f6game's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms
